- Nobody on Cake should be fired for this error. I wasn't suggesting this at all. There's no way they can track this particular error to one person. There's a whole team of people from business people to developers to testers that are responsible.

- This wasn't someone just missing a test case. There would have been a whole set of test cases to test just this type of scenario. If done right, this would have been caught. But what happens so often in the real world of software development is that the Business side wants to rush things out as quick as possible and as a result minor bugs make it through to production. THIS ISN'T a MINOR BUG and just because it was reported once doesn't mean it never happened before.

- There are different types of testing (unit, systems integration, user acceptance, performance....etc.) This error should have been picked up during one of these testing cycles if things were done properly.

- Somebody mentioned, who cares "It's only 80 cents that got misrouted....they sent me 100x back". Well some of us here actually play bigger pots than your hourly rate at the sweatshop job bud. Let's say the loss occurred on a $1000 pot. Will Cake pay 500x the pot then? GTFO here.

- Once you guys get your mouth off of cake's c*ck, you'll realize that you are all brainwashed sheep. WAKE UP!!!! The fact that all of you are happy with cake's handling and not even caring about the fact that the software has a MAJOR error that doesn't reward the correct hand (regardless of frequency) is truly unbelievable. Kudos to Lee Jones. Lee has always been the man since Pokerstars days. But this isn't the point of the thread. Lee represents integrity and quality. Cake does not.

- Anybody who continues to play on that site deserves to have 7 high crack their quads.

1) even when you are testing an application like hell, that doesn´t mean, that you´ll find all problems. especially when the users use every f system out there, that is available... they have done for sure big tests to find nearly all of the bugs, that there will always be some...
2) you probably has busted some money on cake and think the site is rigged or whatever, but only dont playing there anymore, because there has happened such a thing, its not right, i think... will you also leave your provider when the routing to your pokersite crashed for 2-3 minutes and you lost all your hands in play? i mean, there will be always some problems and say these problems and they will be fixed...
3)for example i had on tilt sometimes, that i couldn´t see all my hole cards in one hand or a card on the board or whatever... sucks extremly, but whatever... its one f hand out of thousands and when such a thing like a wrong pot-ship happens, you can call support and they will check it
