Re: BUSQUETS TWEETS

worst op ever.

why would you even bother to post the tweets or the link to the tweets, or provide context. that would be ridiculous.

I agree with his posts on poker ambassadors

But not this post:

Re: BUSQUETS TWEETS

That was irony, he stated way back the opposite and D.N. twitterbeefed about it.

^^^^^

I think what he is saying is that Live Poker main events seem to go more slowly, taking 4-6 days in some cases, where as in Online Poker even the so-called deeper structure events like the Sunday Million, are over in ~12 hours, so play is faster.

I think that he was talking about the endless amount of info you get on your opponents when playing live, and vice versa. The complexity of the game is so much bigger live, which even allows people with mediocre fundamentals to be winners, if they have good instincts, and reads on their opponents.

A Busquet tweet should be called a Busqweet.

Olivier Busquet @olivierbusquet
It genuinely shocks me that people are so convinced by the myth that certain peoples personalities played an important role in growing poker

I don't have a clue what you are talking about, but I do know that it's COLMAN, not Coleman...why does 75% of people not get that??? They are not pronounced the same way.

People with poor fundamentals can win live because live is a lot softer, not because it's so much more complex. Way more fish, bigger fish, and regs on average much weaker. Also, "good instincts" is not a real thing, only fish and bad regs believe in that kind of stuff. People who think they have "good instincts" usually just ran well guessing right more often than not, or perhaps just selectively remembering the times they guessed correctly.
