Anyone else watching this guy "Mitchjones" on twitch? Its quite the spectacle. He literally had $2700ish just disappear right out of his account while playing. He's live with support now trying to figure out what happened, freaking out rightfully so and broadcasting the whole thing live. Some scary s**** going on here at acr.

Turns out someone was able to get into his computer while he was playing,go into the casino and bet $700 a hand at blackjack, losing everyhand. I don't know, it was just weird. He was so frustrated that he just ended the stream.

Okay I am pretty sure no one else hacked my account but I did have money missing and I couldnt prove it with hand history because support told me they did not have hand history to match up and that my HM3 hand history couldnt not be used. I mean it was only $40 but still any money missing was a no no to me.

Were you playing a hand on a cash table with $40 in your stack and the table froze? If so, you can go to your game history tab on your cashier page and search for a session that has a session ending date of 12/31/0000. That is the session that crashed when your $ dissapeared

The incompetence of support glaring through in this stream. Mitch is very likely to owe ACR $2700 because of this experience on top of losing $2700. Cliffs:

-Mitch put his casino link on stream.
-Someone lost $2700 at BJ for him.
-Support said "We'll credit your poker account $2700 that you're missing and you won't be able to access the casino until we're done investigating.
-Not even 2 minutes after he receives the $2700, he has $0 as it was all gambled at BJ again.

lol ACR support.

Timestamps? What do you mean he put his casino link on stream and someone lost $2700 at BJ for him? Like someone from the stream had control of his account and lost his money?

Streamer compromised his account while streaming, someone was able to log-in and gamble it away. Am I reading this correctly? If so, how is this ACR's fault?

9:06:17 - has cashier on screen and has $3311.61 after leaving Baccarat
9:06:55 - registers $520 sng
9:07:25 - checks account and has $0
over the next hour he chats to support and eventually the agent tells him what I said in that quoted post. In this hour you can see that he lost $2700 at BJ in his gaming history but he doesn't understand that.
10:14:29 - you can see the agent say "we will temp close casino"
10:27:26 - has $2700 back in his account (this is a credit, not his money)
10:29:39 - checks balance has $0. messages agent back and agent says that the money was lost in the casino.

When you go to casino, you use a web browser. The URL provided is your URL. If you share it, people can just type it/paste it and gamble your money. Someone from the stream saw the link, went to it, bet $750/hand on BJ and lost $2700, twice.

The first $2700's absolutely on him. The credit that ACR gave him isn't.

Wow. Thanks for that info. That guy seemed a little off the rails about security, had his email and home address, phone number and real name displayed for everyone to see and didn't have a delay while streaming 5/10. Totally pathetic that ACR support would be dumb enough to give him a refund when he literally streamed how the money was lost. I got booted out of table with the nuts in a 4b pot a few weeks ago on the river when I checked nuts to opponent and he shoved. I contacted support a few times, the first one said it was being escalated or something and never got a response the second time. Never got a cent refunded. I also have frozen funds from back in May that is still missing. They should be refunding when you lose money due to their software, and not when it is your fault.

I wonder if other streamers have lost money this way. The link only allows for someone to gamble your funds away and not actually withdrawal if I understand you correctly.

Someone else can just copy paste your casino session URL into their browser and gamble your bankroll and the client doesn't even care that another IP is logged into the same account? What?

Clearly this Mitch is not the smartest person... It was not the url but he showed his pw from a game he was also playing before playing ACR. Somebody tried to login @ ACR with that same pw and got "lucky".

This most be a good lesson for him not to show his personal details, I guess.

I think the URL will also get you there from what they were saying and showing on the stream. He opened an incognito window with the URL and it worked.

My first thought was also the url but I have watched this recorded stream from 3:00 and at 3:09 he is pissed off that somebody is login him out from that game he is playing. Than he is telling about the pw he showed on the stream.

I dunno, he's talking about his league of legends account here. Maybe he's stupid enough to have the same password on both though.

He said his ACR password was different than the LoL PW. Who knows if that’s the truth or not but he was pretty adamant about it.

Hell of a security flaw if it really was the URL.

This. You can watch the last 10-20 minutes of the stream link I provided and see him sign in on a different browser and in incognito mode with his url.

I'm not 100% sure if it was the pw.

But this Mitchjones is actually fun to watch. To bad there are so much bad people on this earth!

I agree with you. I have watched some of his streams. He's a breath of fresh air in the twitch poker community. He's just having fun.
Feel bad for him getting hacked or whatever. If ACR was smart they would look past this and make him whole. He has a lot of twitch followers which a majority of them probably never played poker. Free exposure for the site and poker.

Still watching, he streamed for over 10 hours, I skipped ahead to where it disappeared. Did he ever get something to eat?

Casino Security Experiment:

1. Log onto your account and open up casino, copy the URL

2. Find a second computer/device with a different IP and paste the URL

3. Attempt to play casino games with the second device

4. Post findings
