This has to be a must watch for the kids giving college a break to play poker full time, i mean this guy was flopping straight flushes and bluffing Phil Ivey with 4 high only 5 years ago. The game chances and being a winner for the next 25+ will to almost impossible.

You realize how long it takes to pay back that amount with a job? He prolly didnt work like the last 10 years, so its not like he will get a sick job.

I don't really get why a winning poker player would accept a bet in the pit

if you're a winning poker player, you're never openly accepting bad bets at the poker table

so why accept them in the pit??

dear random american,

In alberta, canada you can get 100-150k entry jobs with a high school diploma. After a few years working your way up the ladder, you can do 200-300k easily.
