Re: Boyd Lawsuit Statement

Dutch is quite clearly in the wrong here, and was attempting to profit on the back of the TwoPlusTwo name. If he failed to provide an accounting for the revenue the site generated, and then told Mason's lawyers to "**** off", he has no one to blame but himself.

I would sue him as well.

Thanks for the explanation Mr. Malmuth. For those of you who think Dutch was in the right in doing what he did, you have absolutely no concept of intellectual property rights. Get a clue before opening your mouth and showing the world your ignorance!

They wanted him to disclose the profits he made from the site over 5 years he refused. He also claims he only made 200 dollars over 5 years but yet wouldn't provide them this proof...

No, it is up to Dutch to define "reasonable" by providing the financial records for proceeds received from the web site. If he does not, reasonable is whatever they decide to ask for.

They could also seek punitive damages for damage to their reputation if they so choose to.

Re: Boyd Lawsuit Statement

the only significance of this thread is that that NO way would the lawyers have allowed Mason to post here unless they had done their homework on this one.

Its clear they have an absolute slam dunk or they would not allow this information to be made public by their client.

game over.

Mason, I'd think twice before suing a man who's drunk his own piss.

Mason:

I was wondering out loud in the other thread if the other party named is the P___stars guy, or tied into the twoplustwo(dot)me site, or is that unrelated?
