He wasn't released and re-arrested that many times. They added charges as they found new victims. Each time that happens, they run him through the booking process again.

this is whats happening. notice he has orange on in all photos but one. ive never understood why its necessary to take new photos each time they run through the booking process again if the inmate is already incarcerated though. either way, he has not been released and arrested 3 or 4 times in a few days.

For those saying "he is one sick individual, he will never change", let's keep this in perspective. Yes, he is scamming people, but it's not like he's physically hurting anyone. He's not a killer/rapist/dangerous in any way. So he's still good at the core and it's clearly not that far away from who he is, considering he hasn't crossed that line w/ the circumstances. - there are probably many people who are respected citizens who would do much worse things than he has done to get money if they found themselves in his shoes.

So sure, semantically I would agree that he is sick, sicknesses can be healed, and the good news is I would bet money that he is actually a very good person underneath it. So, good luck to him healing himself.
