Can't speculate about reentry but from what it seems, after the $330M goes back to the players, the other $420M would make whole the initial fine of $1B levied against Pokerstars on Black Friday.

It's after 8pm in the Isle Of Man, doubt their PR department is working on a release...

You do realize that you're posting a reply to someone who can't see it?

Why do you reply to his post when you know he's not going to see your reply?

Don't think we will hear anything from PS before tomorrow.

I would think the same time other sites start opening up shop. I have no idea about time frame but having Stars specifically buyout FTP, considering PS outstanding legal matters with the US, I see this as a big step in the right direction.

If they truly are putting the finishing touches on a purchase of FTP, they aren't calling it a day at 5

Re: Big News: PokerStars Purchases FTP(?)

I would think we will hear more on May 14th with the hearing on the pending indictments.

Although this is a great step, the DOJ will likely wait for US legislation to pass before any sites reopen in the US market and that, as of right now, is a pipe dream.

why do people think Stars has to have any sort of PR today? they will announce the move with the government when it is official, not just because it sort of leaked out

enough dumb speculation
