Re: Big News: PokerStars Purchases FTP(?)

Does stars ever shell out 750 mil without a clause for reentry? Im really hoping that when stars releases a statement there's something about ft/stars being able to reenter the USA on a certain date

Do you really think that a company like PokerStars is going to spend their resources to officially respond, within a few hours, to any rumor that pops up on 2+2?

It's NVG folks, wake up.

If you can't see the last page of the thread, how do you expect to see the replies to your question?

With this acquisition, Stars is putting themselves in a position to become an online poker equivalent to Harrah's on land, which is not a bad thing at all IMO.
I agree with this, FTP2 should be unique and not just a Stars clone, people liked it for its differences before so hopefully those will be retained.

The rumor kind of spread a lot wider than just 2+2. Don't you think? You're a member since 2008 and you don't know that 2+2 has a lot of influence over the poker sites.

its also naive to assume this site doesn't have clout in the industry where there are plenty of Stars reps and staff registered here
