Weird. right after posting I got my second deposit. I withdrew the second one yesterday. So I basically got both of my deposits within 24 hours of cashing out. Keep me updated on the rest of your cashouts.

I play at pokes as well and the support has been excellent but I'd love someone to clarify who handles the cash particularly where futurebet fit in.

They sent me an email once saying they guaranteed player funds.

Hollywood doesn't use Futurebet for cashouts and to my knowlege has never had a problem. It's customer service is better than any other Ongame skin.

I have two small cashouts pending (both around $1,100) from Pokes to NETeller. One was requested on 9/30 and the other on 10/3. I haven't seen anything yet... These people need to get their **** together.

I mean Im sure no ones gonna go intercept the fedex check or hax0rz his neteller, but still, this doesnt seem like a very proffessional business. Ill never put money on this network.

I made a withdraw of 4k almost 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. I assumed there were no problems until today when I checked my neteller, this is f@cked up.

This happens time and time again with Futurebet. They have been rogued from Casinomeister twice and any search of Futurebet comes up with nightmares like this.Stay away from this and any other FB. No matter how much they promise "we are not slow like Futurebet" this seems to always happen. The only exception is Full Contact.

regarding pokes it seems that many of the lower stakes players are having no trouble cashing out. ITs when you get into the thouands and tens/hundreds of thousands is where the problem lies. I dont trust pokes the least bit

Were is pokes as per a response. Any problem with holywood and they respond and fix the problem. I cashed out on the bad news and it took over 1 week and hounding to get my $2300. Will not deposit there till they fix the problem. When i e-mailed pokes directly they refer you to there cash provider. Sorry that doesnt work for me

Everyone is having problems.. So far I haven't heard of any not getting the money at all. 4-5 weeks is the most from what I've heard, I have a cashout with all my remaining money there, been a week now, just grossing my fingers to got those 5k$

Once my affiliate sent a mail, don't know if that helped or it would have worked anyways.

same here. i m waiting for 3 weeks. last week they said i d have my money within a week of course i didnt.

Just want to report that I received a withdrawal from Pokes on time. Their website claims withdrawals take 1-2 business days, and this particular withdrawal took 2 business days. The process was not 100% smooth, however. Pokes originally said that they couldn't make a payment until they themselves got paid (presumably from Futurebet). After exchanging a few emails with help@pokespoker.com I asked that they send my original deposit back to me immediately, and send the remaining amount to me when they get paid by Futurebet later in the week. Pokes agreed to this, and sent me $1000 immediately. They claimed that they were expecting to get paid by Futurebet within the next two days, but I received the remaining portion of my cashout within hours. This may have had to do with the fact that I also sent an emailto Jeffrey Haas at Ongame. He has helped mediate Ongame withdrawals in the past, and his email address is jeffrey.haas@ongamenetwork.com.

By taking these steps I was able to get a relatively speedy cashout. Hopefully this will work for others who are being slow-payed.
