best poker scene ever filmed, hands down

its not a preview, its the opening scene of California Split, Gardena in the 70s Robert Altman directs Elliot Gould as a likable douchebag and George Segal as a degenerate.

Nah, sorry, that is the second best, but still great.

The best is The Sting, by far.

Re: best poker scene ever filmed, hands down

Was there a rule in the 70s that George Segal and Elliot Gould had to be in every movie?

ya that would be a problem at commerce, pretty sure there would be at least 1 fatality every day from a plyr killing some1 for dealing them a few beats in a row.
