May be old news but I saw this in some ****ty poker magazine that inexplicably ended up on my door step.
Quote:
Gus Hansen recently won over $1.4 million in less than two days of cash game action on Full Tilt. Primarily playing multiple tables of $200/$400 Pot Limit Omaha, Hansen banked a $500,000 win one 13-hour session, went to sleep for 8 hours, woke up, and won another 4900k after another 21 hours of play. His unfortunate opponents included John Phan, Niki Jedlicka, and Dustin Dirksen.
On the other end of the spectrum, David Benyamine, a fixture in Full Tilt's high-stakes games, claims to have quit playing online. After being felted in a PLO game, Benyamine typed the following into the chat window: "good luck/ im done on full tilt/ finished4me/6.5 million loser / gotmyword."
For the next several weeks, Benyamine has been nowhere to be found online and, as of press time, still has not resurfaced. Anyone want to speculate on the odds he'll return?
