Regarding your second question we have to disappoint you. [...] We like to apologise for this unfortunate issue with the alignment of our VIP Stellar Rewards program on PokerStars.BE, which is due to the requirements placed on reward offers.

tough luck basically.
oh well, only loose like $3 because of the adjustment; lol. I can live with that.

The stellar rewards are credited as ticket sponsorships. Go to tourney -> VIP to use your tickets in the Instant Reward Sit & Go Tournaments.

Both entrants in these heads-up tournaments are paid the same prize at the end of these very short tournaments.

Unfortunately we aren't currently offering bonuses on PokerStars.be, so your deposit bonus did go away properly.

What a joke to delete a bonus on progress ! It was my first deposit bonus and i loose it. That's really a scandalous way of doing.

Second, i've sent a mail to the support because my bankroll is blocked.
I've only 0.01$ left to play. And the blocked amount was converted into euros without permission.

Tilt. I really hope all will be ok tomorrow.

So players that had a 1st deposit on stars a few weeks, now lose that bonus?

What kind of BS is that.

Time to find a new euro site!

Got moved.
Part of my roll is frozen and converted to euros.
Can't we keep our bankroll in dollars if we want to?

Re: Belgium wanna apply same law as in France

It seems that all funds in my account above 700€ are blocked AND converted to €. I only had a $ account and the part of my roll that I'm allowed to play with (equal to 700€) is still in $, so WTF is this? They just can convert my money without permission whenever they like???
So if I lose some $ my available funds get a "refill" from the blocked part of my roll in € being converted back into $?
So if you're a player with a lot of $ in your account and all your funds exceeding 700€ get converted to € when exchange rates are awfull, you're just having bad luck??
Seriously.

If you email support@pokerstars.be they will take care of the situation.

Since I can't grind out my first deposit bonus, there's really no reason for me to stay on stars. And the stellar rewards are horrible since I'm just a microstakes player and it would take me forever to accumulate enough VPP's.

Guess it's time to cash out my roll and deposit on another site. Suggestions anyone?

Re: Belgium wanna apply same law as in France

My account just got transferred.

Everything seems fine atm.
Indeed a certain amount is blocked (everything above 700€). But that's due to the legislation.

All funds remain in $'s but the amount that is blocked is mentioned in € (this seems logic as the law says the limit is 700.

Stellar award seems fine too. 40€ instead of 50$...
Means we currently even make a small porfit if you afterwards convert it to $$$

No it isn't fine, it means PS/belgium/whoever is forcing us to convert our dollars to euros at the current exchange rate, even if we don't like that. I want my locked funds in dollars so I can change them when I want to. Will probably stop playing on Stars if they don't fix this .

It's Belgium, they do not need your permission.

Trust me, they will regulate poker into the ground.

But this is the case right now.

My funds is still in $
But as a side-note they mention that x€ is 'protected' and can't be used for playing.

So I guess this figure will change daily - based on the $-€ rate.

You can still transfer your funds to € whenever you want (but there is a daily and weekly transfer limit).
