The following link was provided previously, but I will give it to you again. The posting was made at THAT OTHER SITE by Jason, another contestant on the BDPS. Please read Jason’s posting before reading PART 3 below.

PART 3 (The Final Chapter but certainly not the ENDING)
I like Jason, and I would NEVER deny his right to voice his opinion. I feel bad that my actions adversely affected him monetarily, and he deserves better. I also let Mark Kroon and another player on my team down terribly. Mark supported me fully throughout the audition process and during the taping of the show, and I will miss Mark. I considered him a friend. My apologies to those who deserve it…
The FT was filled with skill and ‘good people’ as 3 of the 6 players (myself and Jason included) played to the cameras. We WERE NOT overwhelmed by the situation and there was much playful table banter and good hearted ribbing. It was not acting, as we were being ourselves and having fun. We sang, told bad jokes, and made fun of each other. Understand, we were not instructed by Fox or UB to do this, and it just naturally happened that way. We liked and respected each other. Just friends playing poker…
A personal friend of mine was the first to be eliminated on what could be characterized as a ‘bad shove/steal’ versus a ‘real hand’. We have talked much since the show, and he describes the scene following his elimination as follows: He was eliminated, and felt awful that he had ‘bluffed his chips off’. Upon his elimination Fox Sports cameras ‘got in his face’. AND he told them ‘Get them %#$&%# cameras outta my face!’ The staff then told him to report to an interview with the ‘Bad Boy of Blackjack‘. It is my opinion that Fox did not want to give him time to regroup, and wanted to capitalize on his pain. He told them, “Do you mind giving me a moment?’
The next elimination was a pretty standard confrontation, and we were then down to 4 players when what Jason describes in his post occurred in the last hand before the dinner break. During the course of the hand in question, AND DON’T QUOTE ME ON THIS, as I am paraphrasing, my opponent says ‘You got a Jack?’ after he had raised me, and I think I replied ’I think we both know neither one of us has a Jack, phucker’. I make the laydown, he flashes a 7. I then said ‘show one show all, I want to see that hand dealer!’ and the dealer showed the player’s other card (a jack) before Matt Savage could stop the dealer. My opponent then went ballistic. I have logged nearly 20000 hours of live play and I estimate that I have played poker in well over 50 Casinos around the country and the rules are different EVERYWHERE…it was no shot at the game.
Matt Savage then leaned over and stated that I was being penalized ‘one orbit’ and said ’Scotty, you can’t call him a phucker’. I protested that NO ONE had told us that we were playing under TDA rules or that at anytime was it made known that penalties could/would be imposed. My opponent immediately said ’Matt, I’m not offended’, in my defense but the penalty stood. This was NOT a tournament, it was a reality show. Take this to the bank..I would NEVER ever make such a silly mistake had we been told. Either Matt, UB, or my coaches failed me in this regard. I reacted as only a member of TEAM HELLMUTH should (just call me ‘Baby Brat’). I told Savage, ‘Well see about this!’ as I stormed off to be alone and think (part act/part anger/part fatigue).
