I agree that hiding can be a strong indication of guilt, but think about safety. If somebody would kill for a klondike bar, imagine what that would do if they think there is a remote chance you were involved in stealing their money

Did you personally have any money stolen from this? If so, you personally are owed an explanation by UB and the people involved.

Barry doesn't "owe" anyone an explanation on his thoughts. It would be great if he would share, but that is his choice

I agree 100% percent. I have suffered through all her interview, transcribing them word for word. She, or rather Fluffhead LLC owns about 4,000,000 shares in Excapsa then it was sold to Blast Off. For all those who were original investors in UB, for example Ted Forrest, have a lot to lose if they didn't just settle with Blast Off. The settlement in November was the best option for those invested in Excapsa even if they didn't think it was right.

Annie has proven to be terrible in her explanations and defending UB's new management. I was planning on making a thread showing all of Annie's track record of what she said about UB. I have been holding off but may go through with it now.

...because it's virtually impossible to obtain info from overseas bank accounts.

The IRS obtained records from UBS this year and that took a literal threat from the federal government.

Barry, we know you and Russ are cool but that guy flat out stole money from people IMO. Defending him isn't appropriate.

Phil Gordon would know. He was the pro that won UB's first fake tournament. He helped old ruusy out.

Barry's defense of RH and a recent PRR episode of them sucking up to Annie Douche completely trashed any credibility PRR/BG/Sebok might have had, IMO. It's too bad Huff is still stuck with those guys, he's got a lot of talent, and I hate to see it get wasted.
