If Barry or others think there is a decent chance Russ is innocent, I would like to hear it. I have a theory, but find it hard to believe that Russ is completely innocent. I wish I could have given Mr. Sklansky some questions to ask, or told him my theory to run it by Barry. I am holding off on posting my theory about what I think happened, but I could see the part about Russ not being in on it initially, but later finding out and taking a cut.
Who wrote the piece of software and placed it on the server? Wouldn't the person who wrote it be familiar with the UB software code? I mean in order to write a program to see hole cards, wouldn't the person have to know how the hole-card data was written to decode it? I do not have a good understanding on how that works.
Also, to David, any chance the guy talking to Barry is the same guy you mentioned ITT you created in December?
