Logically since deep ante tables were created because of all the complaining about short stackers and the auto-reload feature already existed, they should have made deep ante tables a forced top-up to 100bb with a boot from table if you don't have that amount in bankroll.

It was a specially designed game to solve a problem, but they missed an important point (or they were afraid to go that far with a new game.) It could easily get re-coded if the players petition for the change. And obviously it could just be re-coded for high stakes if they wanted to leave it alone for lower stakes.
