That's actually a very good reason to ban someone, not that a private company needs a reason to ban someone as long as their not being discriminated because they are in a protected class.
A lot of people were affected by FTP's actions and odds are there might be some unstable people in such a large sample. After BF I remember reading comments from people who made a living playing on FTP who had lost a lot because things snowballed. People have gone on spree killings for a lot less.
I wouldn't feel comfortable being around HL at this point. One whack job with bad aim and who knows who will get hurt. It's in Aria's best interest to ban him. If they don't they'll have to pay for increased security and big damages from the families of any innocent victims if something happens when they could have prevented it.
