Archie Karas the man who won $40 million then lost it all.
I watched a clip yesterday about Archie Karas, the greek gambler who turned $50 to $40 million. I became so fascinated about him because i've never known him before, and the best thing of all was that the money he earned by gambling means absolutely nothing for him.
Archie Karas is a Greek-American gambler, poker player, and pool sharp famous for the largest and longest documented winning streak in gambling history simply known as The Run when he turned $50 in December 1992 into over $40 million by the beginning of 1995, only to lose it all later that year.
He is considered by many to have been the greatest gambler of all time and has often been compared to Nick the Greek, another high stakes gambler.
"You've got to understand something. Money means nothing to me. I don't value it. I've had all the material things I could ever want. Everything. The things I want money can't buy: health, freedom, love, happiness. I don't care about money, so I have no fear. I don't care if I lose it."
This man has definitely got all my respect, what do yall think?

I think it's pretty cool that he cares nothing about money. Wish I could have that trait. He should of atleast put away some of it. My dad told me when he walked into the casino he was like a god to them. Everything compted etc etc.
