Nothing really new in the story, just what's already been known that they are going to apply for a license under Nevada and anticipate nationwide in the long term BUT the story is on HuffingtonPost so it's fairly high profile so maybe that's a win in itself.

Actually there is new news here and their stock was up over 7% today on it. They applied for a license. It's estimated to be a 12-18 month process and even if they get approved it means nothing (lots of people already have a Nevada license) but it is new information.
