You notice how Alex tells people in the video I am a "full time traveller, this is my 43rd country," yet in his travel vlogs he doesn't act like it; whining and crying about things like being able to handle finding taxi's, jet lag, waiting 30 minutes, and making it to flights on time?
Makes his travelling looks really exciting and "crazy"!
Can someone please change the title of the thread to "Alec Torelli Caught Angleshooting Update (Pg 14): SageDonkey defends with essay, claims to be 2x Forum POY"
"Everyone else" is not "the problem". There are a select few who seem intent on finding some issue with SageDonkey's posts and have chosen to ignore him. However, from the outside looking in, those issues are unwarranted, immature, and simply derail the thread.
Agreed. Now can we please change the title of the thread to something sensible. What about "Alec Torelli uncovers international angleshooting conspiracy?"
It is standard in most of the rooms where I play that the biggest denominations should be on the top of a stack or in front. If someone doesn't do that, one of the players will say something like, "Do you have big chips in the back?" and it's easily corrected.
I always put my biggest chips in front and the smallest in back, stacked in multiples of multiples of 10. It's easy for everyone to see and it's easier for me to keep track of exactly what I have. It also makes it easier for the dealer to count when I push (not splash) the chips into the pot. All of that makes the game move more quickly. That gives me a chance to play more hands, which is always a good thing.
After reading this thread I'll never look at a poker table the same way. I'll be scanning regularly to see if someone's big chips are in the wrong place.
I've seen that happen from time to time but I think it's almost always accidental. A lot of players are pretty sloppy about stacking their chips, which is not good because, if people have to ask, that slows the game down.
Now I'll probably be walking around the table and checking the stacks during every break.

It won't help you if someone goes north during the game.
Plays horrible in tournament, loses, lets his team down but feels bad for them (compassion). Then on bright side, Alec sees a bunch of poor people then remembers he can smile at his resort in designer shades.
I can't wait to see where jetsetting Alec is off to after India in his next travel vlog! He should be careful about going north into the Middle East though. They will chop off his left hand if he tries to pull one of his moves there.
