The Full Tilt Poker claims site had the same verbiage, but it didn't limit players who started off with free play. It think it's more about vendors and others who aren't players.

Hi Rich,

Thanks for everything. Any word on Canadian players yet?

I remember my balance to the dollar. Logged in online and it was correct, to the dollar. $10,001.

Sounds like you fill out the form to get your Petition/Control number (via email) and start proceeding from there (in writing). Or something.

(Those of us without a USA address on file when AP shut down, who didn't get the emails sent to the Americans).

You'd think they could have sent emails out to everyone, but maybe this is their way to still pay everyone out who requests, while giving priority to Americans/having some/more $$ leftover for SNDY (all the ROW punters will probably have no clue this is happening).
+1

The woman who i talked to today really seemed to have no clue.

However, I have some positive news for ppl who haven't received an email. I didn't receive one either, so i filled out a claim form yesterday. 15 minutes ago I received an email with a petition and control number. It wasn't recognizing my screen name so i entered in my last name for verification. After proceeding to the next screen where i updated my information on file, I was shown my 5 figure balance that was accurate down the the penny. I just wanted to post this to give some peace of mind to those that weren't included yesterday. Fwiw, I'm an American who moved abroad after BF and my UB account had been updated to reflect my foreign address.

You'll be instructed to fill the form out after the failed login page and wait ~2biz days. You don't have to fill in State/zip etc on the form.

It's very easy to call in, and is much more effective than email. No wait time for the call.

I'm canadian and just did that. Was able to send my infos, ty.

So as a European it doesn't recognize any of my UB details. Filing the petition doesn't work either, it just says no info was found. I'm 100% sure my details are correct. Sigh

Everybody who got the remission email—

Did it come from AbsolutePokerDoNotReply@tgcginc.com? If so, what is tgcginc.com? It directs to nothing.

Just checking...

Is there going to be a point in time that we need to send our banking details in seeing that the petition site states we will be paid out via ACH to our bank? It did not ask anyone at this current time for up to date banking information. Anyone have any information on this?

can anyone with over 100k+ balance confirm its correct?

Really excited about this but trying to remain pessimistic so I don't get soul crushed again.

For a few people that have said there was no ACH info to post - I didn't have any either and I haven't seen anyone that has.

Any FTP people have to input ACH info right away or will there be a 2nd step once we are "approved" and then we enter it?

Yes, tgcginc.com is The Garden City Group, Inc. Same registration as gcginc.com, which does work.

Great, thanks. Didn't want it all to be a ruse

....

My address and phone and email are all different now. I didn't want to go past the first screen and do something incorrect, so I'm calling them tomorrow. Is this the best move?

What about epassporte? I had $5k on there when making a transfer and they freaking shut down.

I remember calling (who I think was the owner) before it closed asking what was going on and he started getting pissed off at me for no reason. It was strange.

Somebody has that $5k and I don't know who...

I did not get an email. I entered by UB info and my total owed was pretty much spot on. I remembered like $1060 and they had my figure at $1100. It took 4 years to get my ftp money(I had to show proof that 2 withdrawals never came through). Hopefully it's much quicker this time around since I don't need to refute my total owed.

Edit: Email was in spam folder.

Will the DOJ, Preet, Obama and Eric Holder pay us six+ years interest (preferably tied to an equity index)? What was the hold up here? FTP got their funds like five years ago.

----

Can someone refresh my memory. Didn't UB and Absolute Bet make it really easy to transfer money between the two sites towards the tail end of their reign? In which case, what happens if I had money on both sites? Will I get two emails? Will AB/UB funds be identifiable when logging in with a single Petition Number?

I feel like this time should be MUCH MUCH quicker. Just seems like so much less when it comes to disputed balances. Also have to figure UB and Absolute were much smaller then FTP so they should be dealing with less claims.

We deserve compound interest! To be honest, I'm amazed that people were even buying UB/AB funds last week for that much. I had no idea that the Stars payment/fund was at all connected to UB/AB.

I've now received TWO emails with TWO different Petition/Control Numbers. Why would that be? My guess is I have one for AB and one for UB.

I had 2 emails as well, one for a UB account and the other for AP. I submitted for both accounts, as I had a balance on both sites. Hopefully the same person filing twice doesn't muck things up...

Try calling the number to at least verify you're on their list of accounts (via last address on file + name).

Did anyone have both a UB and AP account with the same email address? If so did you get two emails? I only got one and I think it was the same address.
