From Question 27 on the FAQ:
"All approved Petitioners who confirm their Account Balance will be paid after the Bar Date and after GCG has reviewed submitted Petitions, provided recommendations to the Department of Justice, and receives approval from the Asset Forfeiture and Money Laundering Section. Funds will be paid electronically via ACH to the bank account provided with your Petition for Remission."
I have the same question/concern.

I sent an email asking about that part of the FAQ. I will provide an update if/when I receive one.

I emailed them, hoping for an answer in 2-5 days according to their website. Seeing that so far no player from europe was able to login in or received an email i get a bad feeling about this for us europeans :/

ok so ya, I am an idiot and did not remember the proper account name and email. combed thru my emails and found the proper identification and the balance is indeed correct.

so my next question: is there any issue with claiming balances from multiple accounts?

I submitted my remission claim, and then read through the FAQ where it says that claim payouts will be made via ACH to the bank account submitted with remission claim. I did not see a section on the remission claim to enter bank account info. Anybody else?

Been about three years for me.

I had a balance on both AP/UB and both were correct down to the penny.

Hopefully this goes as smoothly as the process for FTP.

Yep, it's nothing to worry about. If it's similar to the FTP process then it's likely we'll receive a separate email (weeks later) requesting bank information.

Canadian player here, currently on hold with AbsolutePokerClaims on the phone, the girl I'm talking to seems pretty lost with regard to ROW players. She's currently looking up what the deal is for Canadian players.

Didn't receive an email, and when punching in my info the site has no record. My balance was small but am pretty sure it was between 500 and 1000.

I'm canadian fwiw.

Yeah she basically just gave me the ring-around, told me she has made a ticket for me and a Supervisor is gonna call or email me with more information regarding ROW players receiving funds.

If you leave the State and Zip Code blank though, you can't proceed to the next page/register. So what did you do to pass this?

I also told her that several ROW players are having trouble with the site because there's no option besides US states and US Zip Codes and suggested they change that for us ROW players: she said she'll bring that up to her supervisors....
