Based on your account history, you have been designated an Affiliate or Professional Player. All transactions for players designated as an Affiliate and/or Professional Player are presumed to be Affiliate or Professional in nature and result in a default account balance of $0.00.....................I was not either one of them.........are they trying not to pay me back because I had over 100k in my account?.........then if I click on dispute amount it is telling me to upload documents.........what documents do I upload.......this is like my 5th laptop since bf......all I had saved on the laptop i played on was screen shots of the account balance......I dont understand.......I know nothing about how affiliate programs works and they are going to say I was a professional player because I had about 117k or so......I emailed them......I saw someone write somewhere that for some players on FTP they had a problem cause some accounts who had rakeback were tagged as affiliates......I had rakeback with raketherake, im hoping that has something to do with it......im getting more sick then I have been for the last 6 yrs....
Unfortunately I don't think it's the RB. If you click around on the FAQs, number 15 states the following: "A Professional Player is any player who earns a majority of their income from playing poker, or is known in the industry as a Professional, as approved by the Department of Justice."
In other places it says conflicting things, like #25: " What if I received no Affiliate or Professional funding from Absolute Poker?
If your account history indicates that there are no Affiliate or Professional transactions funded by Absolute Poker, you may enter $0.00 when asked to quantify the value of proceeds from Affiliate or Professional transactions funded by Absolute Poker. You will then be able to continue with the online filing process."
I had a very high account balance, I imagine there's some threshold for which you get tagged. I emailed asking for clarification, will post if i hear anything. PM me if you (or anyone else in this boat) wants to converse further via email.
