Re: Absolute Poker victim remission

I NEVER had Absolute Poker, but I did have UB, and using my UB logon in the application screen, up came my exact UB balance, which I had noted down on BF APrill 11, 2011!!!! This is a VERY nice surprise!

Re: Absolute Poker victim remission

Nice, if anyone hears any more information going forward, please post here.

My AP info/$ amount was correct.

I'm not sure my email/SN/balance of UB account but likely no balance since almost always used AP account over there on the dark side

Wow, great work Rich & Co. and anyone who spent time behind the scenes to follow through on this issue. Would be a Hail Mary for people to even get 50% of their balances back through this process.

Hi five!

Re: Absolute Poker / Ultimate Bet victim remission

According to the Frequently Asked Questions payment will be using ACH transfer. Did anyone see a place to enter bank account information on the application? I didn't when I filled out my form and there is no way to view your application once submitted.

From Question 27 on the FAQ:
"All approved Petitioners who confirm their Account Balance will be paid after the Bar Date and after GCG has reviewed submitted Petitions, provided recommendations to the Department of Justice, and receives approval from the Asset Forfeiture and Money Laundering Section. Funds will be paid electronically via ACH to the bank account provided with your Petition for Remission."

Based on your account history, you have been designated an Affiliate or Professional Player. All transactions for players designated as an Affiliate and/or Professional Player are presumed to be Affiliate or Professional in nature and result in a default account balance of $0.00.....................I was not either one of them.........are they trying not to pay me back because I had over 100k in my account?.........then if I click on dispute amount it is telling me to upload documents.........what documents do I upload.......this is like my 5th laptop since bf......all I had saved on the laptop i played on was screen shots of the account balance......I dont understand.......I know nothing about how affiliate programs works and they are going to say I was a professional player because I had about 117k or so......I emailed them......I saw someone write somewhere that for some players on FTP they had a problem cause some accounts who had rakeback were tagged as affiliates......I had rakeback with raketherake, im hoping that has something to do with it......im getting more sick then I have been for the last 6 yrs....

Re: Absolute Poker / Ultimate Bet victim remission

I first logged in with my email/player id and it said I only had $0.75 =/ Searched for any documents to submit but couldn't find any.

Then found their email and logged on with the petition/control number and the exact amount as of 4/15/2011 was there! Remission submitted. Green Monday.

No celebration until we hear what % we can expect back, if it's 50 or above that date definitely deserves a name in poker history.

Can confirm about UB. I never played on AP. Entered my UB details and account balance was correct. Submitted my petition. A day so many, including myself, thought would never come.

I'm grunching a bit but has anyone heard anything about the ewalletexpress? It was a payment processor for UB that the DoJ shut down slightly before Black Friday.

Re: Absolute Poker / Ultimate Bet victim remission

I received two emails from GCG; one for my AP account, one for my UB account. Amounts prefilled in the petitions are correct.

Are people confirming claims on accounts that were freerolled up only [no deposits]?

Re: Absolute Poker / Ultimate Bet victim remission

this is so dope. anyone know a timeframe? my balance is missing 3k which i had processing as a check. not sure it's worth disputing as i don't have proof and could potentially delay the process by months/years.
