Yes, FTP guys got the full amounts (with exceptions for affiliates and pros). The wording about not paying the full amount if funds can't cover it all is just standard legal wording for any remission process. There should be plenty of funds available to cover 100% for everyone in this case.

I wouldn't be so sure on getting 100% back, remissions process probably has TONS of people working on it for YEARS. Garden City Claims isn't doing it for free...

I really doubt they did very much work on this, til now.
Based off all the figures after it is all said and done. (AP/UB was like 50 million total)
The gov prob still comes up in the 1/4 - 1/2 billion range after paying everyone out, right?

The FUND should be the total money from all 3 (stars/ftp/ap) since they were all charged on the same complaint (right?)

Wise to have saved them. Also, be sure they're not pulling your UB info if you're checking for AP (or vice versa).

Anyone have an idea if email copies of cash-out requests around the weeks prior to the UB/AP shutdown will suffice for evidence of a higher balance? I am shown 30k, but know I had around 50k. I have the emails from early 2011 that show the requests.
Thanks

Did Anyone from europe or germany got an Email or at least was able to receive information about The balance by entering Player id, Name and Email?! When i try to do so, it says that nothing was found. Also how can we european claim anything, when there is only the US available as a country? Thx!

friend of mine contacted them and they replied

Thank you for contacting us. After you enter your log-in information on the portal, it will bring you to the next page “Petitioner Identification”. On this page, there is a box under “Name” that you will need to click-I am a non-U.S. resident living abroad”. Once you check that box, you will be able to select Canada from the drop down.
Please let us know if you have any questions.

I can't find the option they're talking about but at least it's looking like we might get our money back too, not only 'Murica

This Notice is being sent to all potentially eligible victims who were identified as Professional Players or Absolute Poker Affiliates. Professional Players and Affiliates may submit a Petition for Remission to recover the portion of their account balance that does not relate to their Professional or Affiliate status. If you were deemed to be a Professional or Affiliate, you will be able to submit a Petition for the portion of your account balance that relates to poker transactions, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria. As explained in greater detail below, Petitions for Remission must be completed online through the administration website at www.AbsolutePokerClaims.com.

IV. The Distribution Formula

As an Affiliate and/or Professional Player, all of your transactions are presumed to have resulted from your Affiliate and/or Professional Player status. As a result, you are deemed to have an ending account balance of $0.00. If you have transactions that did not result from your Affiliate and/or Professional Player status, you can dispute the designation by filing a Petition for Remission.
Anyone else get this version of the email? I was never an affiliate, and it's not clear to me what they mean by professional player (I was never compensated or paid by UB/AP). Also, my login info didn't work.

Wow. This came right out of left field. So is it possible they use the leftover FTP money to repay us?
