^ THanks. Guess I can edit it if they respond via emailing telling me something, although no idea how I could do anything about it.

My balance is 2k lower than I think it should be. Should be ~18k, displaying as 15.9k. I guess there's a small chance I played and lost some, but I'm almost certain I didnt. I have a timestamped screenshot from May 5th showing my account balance (account balance overlaid with BBC homepage from that date), and I cant imagine I played after that. But if I contest the balance, it could take an awful lot longer time to get paid out? (if they even accept my argument)

Thoughts on what to do there?

I submitted petition, but there was never a place to enter banking information.

Also, customer service said to update to current address, and also to email in writing request of address update. So do both to be safe.

Good luck everyone, it's been a long time.

How much does that 2k mean to you? I personally would take the 15.9k sooner than potentially wait another 12-24 months for a 'chance' at another 2k.

And it seems like you aren't 100% positive you didn't play again.. someone who disputed a balance and won might need to chime in but would a screen shot from may 5th be enough?

It depends how sure you are, if you had a 2k cash out request you can ask them to look into it. However by May they would of had those restricted limits of either 500 or 250 on your cash out requests. But like others have said if you dispute it you could be looking at a munch longer time till you get paid.

I called GCG twice now and they keep telling me they have NOTHING to do with Ultimate Bet. I tried to find the account by emailing them from my other email but they replied with the same petition and control #.

Any suggestions?
I wanted to follow up on this in case anyone else is having this same problem.

I called GCG back the next day and I think the employees were advised that Ultimate Bet IS included in this.

I explained my situation again about how they only were showing record of my AP account and not UB and they said they would have someone call me back within 48 hours. I never received a call back so I called them today and gave them my petition # for my AP account and he had a new petition # for my UB account and the balance is exactly what it should be. Long story short don't wait for them to call you back keep calling them for updated info.

One last piece of advise I'd like to share has to do with disputing your balance. My friend had $85k on Full Tilt and he had a withdrawal for $10k that was in processing that he never received. He described the dispute process as a complete nightmare and he was one of the last people to get paid almost 5 years after black Friday and said if he could go back he would have never disputed it so just be aware.

I'd also like to give a shout out to TheHip.

Disputing my FTP balance wasn't a nightmare at all. I sent the correct documents, and nothing else was asked of me at all until I was paid in the 3rd round or so. After waiting 5+ years does 1 more really matter to you? The 1k I'm missing on AP was about a third of my balance so I'll definitely be disputing. I don't feel confident about it since they won't let us log in to screen shot cashier histories, but I figure the worst case scenario is that I get denied and then paid the original balance they posted.

not sure if anyone is/was having the same problems as I am/was, but ill update my situation: I had accounts on (I thought) four AP skins... AP, UB, sun poker, and bigchip poker. I never "multi-accounted" or did anything wrong, this was for bonus whoring purposes. when entering my info in the remission site, the pre-populated info for the SINGLE petition/control number happened to link to my UB account, which I almost never used. it had a balance of .06. I knew that my AP balance was (I thought) ~$650. I sent an email to Info@AbsolutePokerClaims.com explaining the situation. I was responded to by a "senior project supervisor", who asked that I give her a call. being scared of the phone as I am, I attempted to keep the convo on email. I explained the situation in more detail to her, and didn't hear back. I emailed again, asking if she had received my prior answer, and she said to "wait, that they were looking in to the situation". today I received an email from her, stating that they found THREE accts under my name: the UB with .06, the AP with $859, and another unnamed account with a zero balance. she has provided me with petition/control numbers for the two accounts that have balances, and directed me to file separate petitions for each. it took about a week to get to this point. I'm quite pleased with the entire thing, actually. if anyone has a similar situation, and needs a direct email address for this supervisor, you could pm me I suppose.

I'm not telling people to not dispute their balance I'm just giving them the heads up that it can be a long process depending on what exactly you're disputing. My friends case turned out to be very complicated(months of bank statements) when it shouldn't have been and he said if he had to do it all over again he wouldn't have disputed and would have rather had his money 3 years sooner.

The person disputing obviously has to make the decision on whats best for them.

SMH, "I wasn't multi accounting" ok, that may be true, it may not be true, but something is surely going on when your afraid to talk to someone on the phone. Don't want to be popped with a question your not prepared to answer.

The balance shown on the GCG page is definitely for when the site shut down, not the 15/apr (I'm a ROW player who kept sending/receiving large transfers for a few months after Black Friday, so it's easy to recognize the difference).

one time I refi'd my house. I found the refi agent through credit sesame dot com. as I continued through my 5th refi, I asked many questions. the agent's answer was always "i feel like if you called me I could explain this fully". my response each time was that "i prefer to handle business over email, if possible". i was able to complete the entire process without ever talking to a single person on the phone. the escrow agent did have to come to my house in order for me to sign the 1000000 forms involved, but I'm fine in person.

rest assured, ive been around this community a long time. i have never multi-accounted a single time; why would i ever want to risk my profession?! (to be clear: online poker was my profession from 2007-2014, and i am under no delusion that i am a "great player").

I can't remember my old email associated with my UB account. I called and spoke to a lady and she told me she changed it but I did not receive any emails or did the website say they found my account. I just emailed the email they have listed on their website. I hope that works. One time!

You don't owe this troll a response and he shouldn't even be allowed to post in this thread anymore.

This is similar to my situation. It turned out my UB account was registered with an email address I forgot I even had. As long as you give them your Name/Username/Address they can find your account.

I would give them a day or two and if you don't receive a response via email call them and they will give you a control and petition #. I never recieved an email response once they found my account.

well, thanks mr sir.

i agree with the "give them a day or two" (or six) to sort things out.

after looking back at all the emails, it turns out that the VERY FIRST RESPONSE i got from the main email link sent me my OTHER (AP) petition/control numbers, and i could have just input them to enter my main claim. so bottom line...it appears that GCG is actually pretty competent, although they may not be as educated on the entire thing as we are.

ROW player here looking ahead

It looks as though ACH bank xfer will be the first/preferred method of payment, is it only available in the US? If so would they offer international wire as a method before the 2nd option of a check in the mail?

Any idea if the country you list as part of your address will also need to match the country of the bank info you provide them? Lets say a German resident listing a bank in Switzerland?

Anybody that who has been through this before with FT/PS, want to tell us after the filed how long it was until they received payment?

Also, everyone is talking about ACH in this thread, in my petition I never saw anywhere to provide that information? So how do you know this? Thanks

Thanks Rich, but I'm dumbfounded on something. What is the logic behind them saying that pro's can't get their money?

I didn't even win a ton of money on there, but I'm labeled a pro and have to produce things that are vague and don't even make any sense. Everyone I speak to just re-quotes the same thing over and over.

"if a player designated as an Affiliate and/or Professional believes they have transactions that did not result from their Affiliate and/or Professional Player status, they can dispute the designation. If you dispute your Affiliate and/or Professional Player designation, you must submit documentation, such as complete and unaltered copies of pro-time and rakeback reports, emails or other online messages, written correspondence, screenshots, player account histories, and bank statements. A written explanation may also be included in order to address the details of the transactions."

Screenshots of what? Communication with who? Bank statements from 6 years ago showing what?

Just makes zero sense. I'd like to get my money too.

These questions are asked and answered on practically every page of this thread.

1. no one knows, 6 months - ?????, if you dispute your balance it takes longer, that's all anyone knows.

2. God forbid you read virtually any page of this thread asking about banking info and find the answer to this, or read the faq section of the claims site, or just use common sense as to what the answer is.

Unbelievable, You are a non productive troll. Did you actually read my post, or just skim thru it to be counterproductive?

1. I asked specifically the players who already went through this with Full Tilt, and PokerStars and received their funds.

2. You are a D**K
