Sometimes people get tired of seeing questions asked again and again when the answer can already be found in the thread. That's what usually makes threads like cumbersome to go through. And if you want a "moderator one time FFS", that's what the Report Post button to the left of every post is there for. Then a mod could come into the thread and maybe give infractions for things like personal insults. Hmm...on second thought, maybe you should avoid that button.

No need to report anything now, though. Now that I'm here, I've got a solution to the problem - move on. It would be great if others could do the same.

Row players are to leave the SSN number blank which you can now do. If anything is required later you will be asked. This was confirmed to me this morning.

Maybe my first question wasn't specific enough. I am not lazy and I read every post. What I meant to ask and couldn't find was a post with someone that gave a specific amount of time from when was the FTP/Stars remission deadline, until when they actually received their money.

They projected the first wave of FTP payments to be processed by the end of March, so if you see a projection in the coming weeks, you can probably trust it. Guessing we might see $ hit bank accounts by Q4. Start playing that Christmas music early this year.

Venezuelan player here with 2889.53 in the account balance (very accurate) after filling. What i did was filling 000000000 in the ssn part so the form could be procesed, then i mailed my id, passport , utility bill, and statement that i dont have ssn or tax number.

ROW player here. I had a couple of accounts on UB and AP. (I opened new accounts to get rakeback)
Original emails sent to me showed balances that didn't match what I had in the accounts on black Friday.
I emailed the info@ email which also gave me petition numbers that showed balances that were very low and way off what I know I had in there.
I called yesterday and gave the guy on the phone my account details but he couldn't find the correct accounts and has escalated my request. I should hear back in a couple of days.
I'm hoping so far they just happen to be looking at old accounts with a few $s in and will find the accounts, each with almost 5 figures in soon.
Anyone else been in this situation?

Me I had 3 accounts apparently on UB/AP, and got a petition number for all 3. The third account only had 75$ so i didnt bother reclaiming just in case this screw up with my other account.

I have the added complication that both of the email addresses I had linked to my accounts I've not used since and now have been deleted by yahoo it seems so I never got the petition numbers through. Hopefully now it's been 'escalated' they'll be able to locate accounts with the more substantial balances in!

USA player: Called GCG yesterday to confirm my change of address. Talked to real person. phone attendant was very knowledgeable and helpful. confirmed my address change was made. Balance is definitely last day of ability to play sometime in early May.

I disputed my FTP balance (was 12k off), it took an extra 18 months to be paid. I think I was wave 4 or 5 but received payment in full. If the disputed balance means something to you, dispute it. It's your money!

Phone attendant said we would be receiving bank request info via e-mail and/or phone call as payments would be made via ACH.

Basically just confirmation of all previous posts in this thread. Thank you again Rich, skillagrim, and PPA team.

I'm a row player and amount looks like it is correct at around 7k. Had to send few emails to get the correct information but happy in the end.

Had this error for about a week, wrote everything perfectly and used my last name was verification method: after a few callbacks from them, it was finally corrected this past Monday.

I think this one is going to be a cake walk compared to FTP. People get better at things the 2nd time around, especially when there's A LOT less work. What was the player base compared to FTP? Also what % of balances are right compared to all the disputes with FTP.

They mean UB/AP pros. I filed a claim successfully and no where did it ask if I was pro. Whoever you talked to on the phone probably was confused.

Can anyone detail their attempt to dispute a $0 balance due to being designated an affiliate/pro? I know there have been some posts about it, but I'm curious about your progress/strategy. Thanks!
