For anyone that has already filed their petition for remission, did they enter any bank account information. If not, when will we enter that information? I did not file for the FTP remission, so I'm not sure how the process works.

Also, has anyone filed a petition for both AP and UB? I'm not even sure I have any money on UB. I just don't want to botch the large amount of money I have on AP by submitting 2 claims.

I'm from Canada. Asked for my petition numbers yesterday, received them this morning(for my AP and UB account). Can't remember the exact numbers I had in there but both balances seem like a match. Thanks to all of you people who made this possible, cheers!

(got the reply on my new email that i specified on the form)

-didn't get an email initially
-email/screen name/last name didn't work
-emailed them asking what can be done
-2 days later, get a response with petition & control number
-logged in, balance is correct.

I think the reason I didn't initially get an email is because on Black Friday I changed my address to a non-USA address in a panic.

Good luck everyone!

They just sent me 2 sets of petition numbers/control numbers: I use my last name as verification and it won't let me log in.

Did you have any problems here?

When will I be asked to provide my bank account information?
All approved Petitioners will be asked to provide banking information once their Petition has been approved. No banking information is required at the time of filing.

Do we have a timeframe on when all of this will happen? Will they email us asking for our bank info?

I figure I don't want to fumble at the 1-yd line here, so I wanted to check with others.

BTW, my balances for both accounts were correct down to the cent.

If you have a different current address than the one populated after you entered your petition/control numbers and you've filed your petition, it definitely would be helpful if you chime in.
I'm in the exact same boat w/ two emails and new contact info. Unlike you, I didn't even check my account balance because I also don't want to fumble and "lock in" my old address/phone.

I also don't want to update to my new address on the initial login screen without confirming with them. I want to "preserve" what my account was like with UB. I don't want to change the address on the initial login and then suddenly have the system not recognize my accounts.

After entering in your petition/control numbers, there is a note at the bottom that says to email Info@AbsolutePokerClaims.com with changes. That's what I did. I called the number today and that's all they told me to do. She didn't seem to know if I should login past the first screen or not. So, I'm still confused.

I initially wasn't able to find record. I filled in all of the information, but had the wrong address. I called into GCG helpline (on April 11th) and got claim# The guy was able to find it after some back and forth, but it had the address that I switched to in Canada. Later that day I received an email from absolutepokerclaims asking me to verify my address because I had put US address in when filling out form initially. Received petition and control number this morning, balance is correct. Still waiting on petition and control number for other account

Good luck all.

Same. Talked to GCG on phone (they will give you claim # = petition #). You have to wait for email for the control #

Not sure about ROW players, but I was US -> Canada. It seemed like US addresses got email first though.

I'll post here when we hear back.

I spoke with GCG on the phone about this and they said leave the address the same. My guess is that it has to do with verification of records, not what your current address is.

OK I got the petition numbers for my 2 accounts but when I log in it won't let me advance to see my balance till I enter my SSN. I however am Canadian and don't have an SSN. Anyone else run into this problem ?

I didn't notice the note at the bottom about emailing with changes, and since the address field was editable I assumed I could just update it with my new address...

Hope I didn't fumble this one, but it would be rather ridiculous if that change caused a problem (seeing as the website lets you enter in a new address). If anyone gets information on what will happen for those with new addresses, I would be eager to hear.

SIN is Canadian not SSN and I'm pretty sure it's a different amount of numbers. Did you punch in your SIN and it advanced you to the next page ?

- Best suggestion:
Search on sharkscope for possible screennames (Sharkscope will auto-populate the existing screennames as you type the first letters)

- Other suggestions:
Check your e-mail history, Skype logs, Google or your P5 profile to look around

Okay so they emailed me back (row germany here):

I got my login infos and iam able to login now. Can anyone tell me what kind of address i should enter at "Petitioner Identification" Window? So it seems like it found my Account, because my address and email is correct. Even though at first i tried claiming my petition with the wrong email. They send me 2 Login infos, one was the correct one with the correct AP email. So a tipp for you guys, if u dont remeber your email it can help using a "wrong one", because it seems they find the accounts via your Name not email.

So should i enter my OLD ADRESS, which is associated with my AP account or should i enter there my NEW ADRESS (because i moved in the last years). I know probably a stupid question, but im scared to do anything wrong haha

Also super weird, when i try to enter my current email adress, i cant use "-" . My email from which i mailed the Sites Admin containes an "-", so i obviously want to use this email for my petition, but when i try to enter it, it simply wont work.

Is "-" forbidden in the us for email adresses?! How do i proceed
