re limitless accent, it was very impressive imo, it is extremely hard for Eastern Euro guys to sound anywhere near comprehesible (I should know, I'm one of them), but he was actually pulling it off

Took me about 8 months but finally got around to finishing Shantaram on ben86's recommendation. Amazing book. Might be the best I've read. Thanks Ben.

Yeah, Shantaram is one of the best books I've ever read. I couldn't recommend it enough.

For some reason i thought that it was a memoir and so i was really disappointed when i found out that all of the characters were either entirely fictitious or caricatures of real people. Though the story is fiction, it's still an amazing read.

Do it. There's some parts you have to muscle through but there's some pretty crazy **** that goes down and there's some crucial wisdom sprinkled throughout.

yea def would like to hear from bddk again in the wake of this carnage

noam was super cool/informative when he was fielding chat questions on jason's stream. i'm actually quite curious about the extent/scope to which the real life applications of this AI development can be used. he said it should also theoretically work in applications that are not zero-sum, iirc.
