Re: 21st century poker culture questioned

i take a long look at her nude body as i sit and sip canadianclub i kindly ask her to crawl on the V carpet she does very slowly on all fours her cut athletic form her meticulous body shaving and her tone yoga form as she crawls on i think
ok theres two streams of income here one a group of 40 to 50 year-olds no criminal records all putting 100k into a pinksheet shell company all of these people have been warned the DOJ MAY INTERVIEW them these shell stocks are trading around 3 cents these huge positions have been aquired over 10 months .
The deal is we pour liquidated funds from 7 digit accounts straight from blue chips to pink sheet crap and take 25 cents on the dollar our players pay tax and accept being part of a investigation each 100k investment should yield 500%.

what happened to this profession

You know i read some of these threads very few as intresting as mine and ponder what happened to the real pro poker player .Maybe theres a shift from the old to the new ,i dont like it and i dont embrace it.
I HATE TO BE DRAMATIC but the jig is up i think this well respected profession could be done like safe cracking and extortion .
Raise a glass to the old days baby.

well your humble but charasmatic old SLIGHTLY AROUSED degen friend MrWong a disturbed noncomformist living a spartAn lifestlye wishes you; bighitter a HAPPY NEWYEAR!
You know it hit me the other day old school sentiments like tipping your hat and grabbing a waitress by the bum there all really seem to be a part of history ,i try my best to instill the faded out glory of yesterdays pro gambler s nieche.
I raise a glass to even the sarcastic half men internet guys that 3 or 4 bet me routinly and check raise bluff me and laugh at my excessive gold chains and my omni present unlit smoke not to mention my 5 finger high pompadour as you snicker over my long winded boring stories as your girlfriends subtly lean in and find themselves smiling with out knowing it and notice their a little moist and uncomfortable I RAISE MY CANADIANCLUB to the old dying off binion grinders ILK and the hustle of the industry including the working ladies and their clients AND the 2PLUS2 CAST .....HAPPY NEW YEAR BABY

Mr. Wong, I believe you can roll your thoughts up against the potato of anyone in the history of the universe, including Winston Churchill.

I raise my glass of single-barrel Four Roses in tribute to you and your CC.

Rock on.

Re: 21st century poker culture questioned

I'm old school too, but nothing like Mr. Wrong. I never had to lie, cheat or steal to make a decent living, and although I've played poker all my life I never saw it as my only way out. I played poker because I liked it and could make some extra money doing it. The all out gambling lifestyle never appealed to me. That always looked like a losing proposition in quality of life.

I haven't had zillions of luscious prostitutes and stayed in five star hotels, but I've been with some true beauties and shared real love. I'm 70 now (I look ten years younger) and my fiance is 28 and as sweet as can be (Filipina). I'm a lucky man and I know it. I'm good to her and she's damn good to me. What more can a man ask for? I wouldn't want a life like Wong describes. Too much stress and angst for me. I never spent more than a day in jail (for possession of weed) and that's a good thing.

Instead of lavish homes and expensive cars, I own my modest home (no mortgage) and both my excellent used cars (Porsche and Lexus). I have zero debt and a healthy bank account, so life has been good to me. I'm by no means rich but I'll never be on the street either. So many Wongs won't make one right!

Re: 21st century poker culture questioned

well i think the show must go on baby !! i mean some of us humbly admit to being sometimes behind the curve as the game evolves and morphs into what it is now on both cash and tourney fronts.I see it daily as i slowly go thru 1/2 or 1/3 or 1/1 action these guys are yesterdays 5/10 on pure acumen but not on balls its a gross generalization as you still find some sun burnt donk spewing cake all over the felt and these types are still there but not like it was.
Poker is alot like being a womanizer there both lifes real gifts but sometimes this go sour sometimes you sleep with a crazy broad that trys to have you beaten or sometimes you go on tilt a blow your BR borrow to get un stuck and find your self in a trunk ohh a perfect segway to my next story written in someone elses viewpoint its a vulger look at sad realities of the life .Ok linen sports coat 16014 rolex datejust ,prada black boots ,royal copahagen 5 day growth bad intentions
....clean sheets and dirty women ....well wont be at my place lol.

Re: 21st century poker culture questioned

I know im ok if the car keeps stopping obv at traffic lights and traffic noise it helps me stabalize my breathing as my nose is broken and my hands bound with ziplocks i try and position my wrapped foot peel off my shoe and glide mysocked foot over a rubber molding looking for a latch or a cable the brakelights cast a nice insight hue blood drips down my throat as car slows again i know once the traffic noise subsides and we hit highway then the jig is up.Im no rat and i need to think of some made up names that are believable ,im not proud to admit tears roll down my face i think of different name combos i cant give up my buddies they took me in ,wong and jonhandsome ,cashmere ,these are my buddies the car picks up speed the sounds more and more industrial after hours light traffic my foot move quickly i try and open up my hands blood flows now my heart is in a new range of volatile pounding thrusts i drop my feet as i roll over my breath is stifled
