much cooler would be simply several teams of 4 people, each trying to reach 2m2mm (and if more thatn one succeeds, the team with most profits wins obv)

i don't think this should include a prize for first place, but teams could of course bet against eachother, which could motivate them


this would favour longer episodes, i guess


to make things even more interesting the teams could play against eachother somehow. either document/film them playing online on tables with someone from a competing team also at the table, or actually have live cashgames with just team members playing

the teams idea is actually really good imo.

1. good chance of somebody actually making 2mil
2. much more characters/personalities for the public to see
3. shows more young guys making a crap load of money rather than "4 math nerds"
4. i think poker needs m ore shows like this showing the poker lifestyle rather than just plain poker because lets be honest watching a table of randoms can be boring unless its a cash game or someone goes out of there way to be interesting.

i don't think you could get a show like this to work as well as the first one did just based on who was in it.

i mean you can't get 4 random poker players to do it. they have to have chemistry to start. but i would really like to see a second series with the same guys, just cos i thought they was cool. even for being, what the g4 called them " math nerds" with i didn't they they was.

I thought the show was great. Of course it was 10x better if you know the guys so you find the little odd things they say/do hilarious, but I thought their chemistry was great together, they did fun/interesting things, etc. Gave a decent taste of living in Vegas as ballers with a bunch of friends, which is what the show was about. If you thought the show was going to be about how to play specific poker hands, then of course you're not going to find that -- since no one wants to watch that on TV. Although if they did, this group of guys would be an awesome group of guys to do that, too.

Ziggmund's inability to speak English is part of what makes him funny.

although 25/50 etc is massive money to the general public everyone knew they'd never get close to 2 mega in 2 months so they should pick players who play higher, Ziig, Durrrr for starters, even Hastings and South would be fun to watch.

I watched this show every week and enjoyed it alot. However, I felt the show was not nearly as good as it could have been, even with the same 4 guys. I understand how it did not appeal to a mainstream audience thus necessitating its cancellation.

I hope to see some of the same players in a new show in the near future. Oh yeah and more Lucky Chewy obv.

I think it was a good show. Would have watched a season 2 for sure..

And altough most people here, including me, would like more poker strategy related stuff on the show, its easy to understand that such thing is just impossible to obtain, because "in-depth" poker appeals to a mininal part of the audience they are trying to get.

Anyway, it was good entertainment and a good way of promoting Poker.

Like the guys, it's just too short in duration. I quit watching WPT when they went with the one hour shows.

This show was awesome, room for smashing watermelon's/pots was a great idea for tilt control.

i thought it was great, just rushed.

I think it has to focus on the lifestyle, challanges blah blah to be successful.

I think a web series to go with it for the strategy type talk and more following the progess would be great and give people a reason to go to the website.

Basically I think they was too short and not getting really close probably took some of the shine off making a second series(not saying they are bad players or anything, just the 2 million had a real nice ring to it that tv producers would of loved).
