8.12.2009 I was 10 tabling hu on 25c/50c and 50c/1$ trying to hit the 2 billionth hand and i managed to hit it i had 4 high but he folded

Anyway the PROBLEM is im on betfold,which apparently was not part of the "network wide promotion" as it was promoted in media all over inter for example pokernews.

I GOT the pop up in front of chatbox saying
"congratzulations for 2 billionth hand go website for more information" not word to word but something along those lines.

I tried to alt+printscr screenshot the popup but i was 10 tabling and i only managed to screenshot myself sitting out and the pop up left after a while.
There is nothing about skin not participating in promotion in the terms and conditions

After hitting the hand i immidietly sent them email after they answered me 19 hours later "We apologize for late reply.
Regarding your email, I have forward your email to our poker team to get more info regarding this promo. We will get back to you shortly. Have a nice day " after that I havent received anything from betfold.

After that ive been talking about my situation with lots of people and everybody seemed to agree that making this public on 2+2 is just burning bridges with betfold and
not good for my situation. I should have ignored those comments and just post it here earlier,now it might be too late. Ive send email to ipoker from playtech.com. And my friends have tried to reach them (Ipoker) various ways
so I assume they know about my situation.

Any help? Opinions?

I think this guy deserves a little more than the dismissive replies he's getting so far. I mean, this happened four months ago, and apparently they are stonewalling him.

so, basically what happened here is nicely done scam by ipoker.

how this is possible to run sucha promition if not all ipoker skins are participating in it?

basically what ipoker did was relying that 2 billionth hand won't be dealt in skin that's participating in that promition or did they actually knew that 2 billionth hand won't be dealt in room that is participating?

there's like 5 million ipoker skins and too bad bud that you weren't playing on skin that participates in promotion, right?
