And sorry for double posting so quick (the quoted post wasn't up when I wrote my last post), but Malmuth is likely just looking for an injunction, and that's all he should get, as long as he can prove likelihood of confusion. Likelihood of confusion is at the CORE of trademark law. And it certainly seems very likely that consumers could get confused because twoplustwo.com and twoplustwopoker.com are NOT in fact related or owned by the same person or company.

one is twoplustwo.com, one is twoplustwopoker.com, sounds like two different names to me by way of the word poker being added.

A more legal and douche move would have been to register fourplusfourpoker.com

As I recall his IP traced to that area, so it could be, in one of the mod forum threads we dug up his name & address, you could check. If it is him, he's given 2+2 more than enough reason to file a suit. Didn't he have that spoof 2+2 website too, the .me one? Either way he has serious, serious mental problems. Rants about PokerStars, FTP, Jews... though I see his main site is shut down now.
