I'm behind on lots of poker terms - what exactly is cross booking?

It's when a player holds his stick with both hands out in front of him while hitting another player. It's a 2-minute minor penalty.

Ivey said they were cross booking. So if Ivey wins 100k and they are cross booking 1k/2k he would owe Seda an additional 100k more he'd have to said or give in person. They do it so they can play higher than what fulltilt allows.
