Who is RaiseOnce on PokerStars? Who is RaiseOnce on PokerStars?

In his contract it probably says he can play on other sites but he can't use his name because his name represents full tilt.

It's Jose Macedo Girah

Any updates? He entered a tournament in March of this year. It def seems like if it is Ivey he was 99% cheating @ FT.

You mean cheating FTP because they're not allowed to play on PS or superusing at FTP?

Ivey is the last poker player on earth I would suspect of superusing or cheating in any way. Not a big fan of him these days, but he's not a cheater.

I too am curious about his reasoning behind believing it definitely seemed 99% sure he was cheating...

lol definitely seems

What does he was 99% cheating @ FT mean, and why does it definitely seem that way to you?
My wording was poor but what I meant was theres a 99% chance he was using some kind of unfair advantage to boost his wins @ FT.

Yeah
it couldn't be because of
-PI being better at superhighstakes than the stakes he played on stars
-The fact that PI knew his opponents on FTP 100x better than his opponents on Stars, that MIGHT have gained him an edge, I don't know .
-Variance
-Opponents not knowing it is (rumoured to be) Phil Ivey could have played different vs him
-PI having no idea who he's playing often on Stars

It deff is him cheating

Your probably the same guy that said FT would pay np after BF too. Open up your mind a lil

You might not know that raiseonce won a 25k WCOOP on stars for 350k, so he was actually a very big winner there, considering the low volume.

There's a difference between opening your mind and making idiotic statements

No, Im aware of that. If I ran a game and always crushed it at very high rate. Then i go to your game down the street and struggle to show anywheres close to similiar results, you wouldnt become suspicious? Like I said Im 99 percent sure he had some kind of unfair advantage @ Tilt. Flame away

Am I not right though. You know you were that guy saying everything will be fine. You were wrong then and your wrong now.

Yeah sure, there's a 99 chance Phil Ivey cheated at Full Tilt Poker. Ok bro.

You'd think if he cared so much about money he wouldn't be such a degenerate.

Also, lol at dragging something of 6 months ago in this. Keep being result oriented!

+1

A lot of RaiseOnce's play was in mixed games which I don't think were tracked on either site at the time, also all the action back then was on Tilt, meaning his sample on Stars was pretty small

He did show some similar results though on stars so not sure what you're going on about.

Your inane ramblings wouldn't have anything to do with your sn would they?

Don't forget like $5M+ of his FTP winnings are from Guy.
11-11-2011 , 01:47 PM
lol @ all the idiots defending Ivey

****ing shills or just braindead morans
11-11-2011 , 02:14 PM
Most of the high stakes players know who they are playing on Stars. I have heard it is him aswell a very well known online/live pro was discussing this @ Commerce during table talk.
11-11-2011 , 03:04 PM
so overall RaiseOnce is a small winner over a small sample size at the highest stakes on stars, and the winner of a WCOOP. Guy sounds terrible.

What, just because I am defending Ivey in this case you think I am a blind FTP fanboy? You sound like the "braindead moran" here.

But since you think it's relevant, my opinion of Ivey: Immature prick who decided to sell a lifestyle of living like a king but ended up robbing all of his fans. Regardless of how much he knew, he should have known. The biggest face in poker needs to be smarter, and it's going to take a lot for me to ever forgive him for that.

Does that mean Ivey was a cheater at Full Tilt? No, and making such conclusions based on what is posted itt is ridiculous and imo not far away from deserving a warning for being an anti-FTP shill. Luckily I'm not a mod I guess .

It definitely seems like a 99% chance that the people on the left were cheating at FTP and the people on the right were cheating at Stars. Surely the top 20 players between the two major sites should have been the same right?

<Some lame joke about them all being JJPrdigy/Zeejustins accounts anyway C & TM 2007>
