Between my friends and I we have about 15 different units in Panorama. Its totally a high end fraternity house. We usually have one or two dinner parties a week and hire a chef from the Wynn to cook and cater for us and switch around who's unit hosts so its always fresh. Usually either Antonio Esfandiari's place, Dan Bilzerian's place or my place.

The stripper situation is pretty awesome, but if you have any game it requires a lot of work. I have a pretty solid rotation going on atm mostly from Panorama strippers, but it takes a lot of work because some want to hang out before work (the 3 main shifts are 9pm, 12am, and 2am) and some text me after they're getting off of work... and by hang out, I mean want me to put it inside of them. Its pretty convenient.

Definitely a cool place to live...

Isn't Vegas safe enough in terms of crime that you can pretty much just leave your bike unchained and it will probably be ok?

How many of you guys actually own their units? Owning a unit at panorama is financial suicide thanks to their absurd HOA fees.

Which tower is the best to live in? Where do you guys live? I'm looking to make an aggressive offer on a one bedroom.

Tower 3 by far. I've lived in both 1 and 2 and I have friends who live in all 3.

Have had lots of stupid problems with my apartments in towers 1 and 2. All of the cabinet doors fell off the hinges in my first apartment. I've had problems with the air conditioning in both places. There's this weird phenomenon where a terrible sewage smell comes from the showers/toilets/faucets in some units some of the time. My current one has this affliction. Today my dishwasher emitted a really terrible smell when I opened it.

Tower 3 is owned and operated by different people and I haven't heard the same sorts of stories over there.
