You may be a little too old for that kinda atmosphere. However, realistically, the pros that can afford to live on the strip would be spending a significant amount of time traveling to tournaments anyways.

honestly it's more like a dorm where none of us grew up and just degen it up all day oblivious to the world around us, in that way it is very much like melrose place

to the guy who asked about HOA, it's pretty insane at .54 a sqft/month, which is ~1k/month on a larger 2 bedroom. when you consider rent on one of those is ~2400/month renting becomes a no brainer

i moved into to panorama in feb of 08, my unit has already depreciated over 150,000$
