Recently saw on Doug Polk's stream in a $215 WCOOP - someone check/called 99 on a 2J329 board and lost to Doug's JJ. Soul read of the century or a player who entered way above his bankroll? It wasn't even an overbet.

99 opened UTG, JJ 3bet UTG+1, flop check/check, turn check/call, river check/call

holy **** the mini wcoop main had a 200k grnt pricepool and now with almost 1 hour latereg left there are almost 900k in the pool, how could stars be so wrong about predicting runners in this tournament, is this normal ?
