He went on winners tilt, he expected to bink another tourney disregarding how many times he got it in bad and sucked out, he was thinking this is the begining of his run to the top.

After losing 4) 5k SNG he saw his account around 140k then 100k the 40k and poof. TT will never get over such a degenerative display PS should have imposed a ban for him losing so much in this fashion.

Also I doubt hes over it knowing you had 160k to your name and now your for whatever reason(hoping to hit the mil) playing 50 cent spngs. If it were me I would be done with poker, clearly this guy doesnt have much money to his name and has a gambling problem either way sad to see him still chasing the dream.

Well if you still had to work then you're not really retired, are you?

Although its not enough to retire on. You could buy a house for 150k and be mortgage/rent free for life. Which very few people are.

Where is this magical place where I can buy a house for 150k? Where I live, a decent house costs more than 20 times that amount. By decent, I don't mean mansion, I mean something barely livable.

If I could buy a house for 150k, I would have retired at age 2.

Where can I buy a decent house for only 3Mill..? Where I live a decent house costs more than 20 times that amount, and I'm talking something barely habitable..

Anything under 50M and you're pretty much just living in a dirty cardboard pee-pee box

Last edited by Mr. Muckit; 12-21-2015 at 03:39 PM. Reason: added the term 'pee-pee box'

150k is enough to retire comfortably on. Well, I guess, in Zimbabwe.

Don't pay off all or a big chunk of your mortgage because it's "only" 4% interest you'd be saving. Got it.
Current average wage in Russia is something like 34,000 Rubel or < $500 per month or < $6,000 p.a PRE-TAX.

$150k NET sounds like an awful lot of of money to me, given those circumstances.

Then again, he did drop something like $10k before coming 2nd in the Sunday Million. Just think about how many people have lost 160 % average income of their respective state just on Online Poker. Hero probably wasn´t you average Russian anyway so who cares ...

It's obvious this guy hates not running on EV. Since he has a negative edge in the games he plays this $150k deviation from his expected tore him apart and caused him to do this.
