That and where it also really hurts is the fact these sites change things without telling anybody before hand.
They just go about taking away benefits, changing skins and software builds (that are often worse), and killing offs popular table offerings and guarantees without any warning, chance for rebuttal, or even a "thank you".
I get that poker is dying, and companies are losing patience with the product....but it can work for both if they just put in a little effort.
But when you own the majority of the market cap, "effort" isn't required as much as "profit efficiency" is.
