Depending on the Kickstarter success, late fall/winter is our target. Our current strategy is to do something quite simple like Louis CK did last year. Video On Demand, no DRM, no bs. We will also probably do some festival submissions and be open to a distribution deal. It will firm up after I finish principle photography.

Leggett part was hard to understand. Ironic I suppose. Subtitles would help.
Good call, we have several pieces of crappy audio generated from radio shows, phone calls, etc. I thought about subbing that clip but decided not to (probably error on the side of caution in the film).
Here, Leggett tells a player in 2011 there is an account they knew was associated with the player, created when playing on multiple accounts at UB was acceptable. We will discuss the reasons/ramifications at length in the film but it provides an answer to why several folks did not receive refunds or received less than they deserved.
Money was refunded into it and the account was closed though we have no way to know if it was closed before or after the refund. Several players have told us about accounts in 2003-2006 where they long lost access to the email addresses associated with the accounts and had not logged into them in years. In this case, they ended up shipping $24k to the player in 2011.

Thanks, just want to mention that Michael "mookman5" Corriveau is a co-producer on the project and deserves a lot of credit for keeping the flame lit on the investigation.
