He was famous for keeping the LHE community afloat almost single-handedly, 1-tabling all the time and still achieving SNE well before December year after year. Coincidentally he has stopped playing altogether after the infamous November SNE abolishment/rake increase news.

Rake is a tax, and the more you increase taxes, the less economic activity you will have. Economics 101 plz AmayaStars. Trying to increase rake ultimately got you to a situation where you're no longer receiving rake at all.

From what I can see rake caps have been lowered at NLHE/PLO50-200. Actually substantially lowered at 0.25/0.50?
