It's against the TOS? Have you always given accurate information when signing up for a freemail, news, etc. site? I haven't. I have not had criminal intent, but I haven't done it, simply to protect my privacy. Yet I have clearly violated the TOS of these sites. I never thought of it as a big deal. Why would I think it is a big deal for a poker site?
People give Ivey a pass for playing when he was underage. Why is that? Because it is cute? He was taking people's money he didn't have a right to.
Let's have a consistent standard.
I suppose, if I was a winning, high level player, I wouldn't play on sites where doing so violated the tos. But for me personally, if I coiuld figure out a way to play penny poker on Stars I would do it. I enjoy the competition in a bigger variety of games (eg. tired of losing at HE and PLO) and the larger tournaments.
