Over 75 replies and still this thread lacks the substance that excites me of a good poker scandal.

The first offence listed with the VPN allegation is a non-issue as many tourney pros have participated in the act since BF.

The next offence of trying to superuse is speculative at best because there's no definitive information coming from Mizzi or his accomplice who registered the account. Anyone lacking the awareness of the risks involved in sharing hole cards with someone over the internet deserves to be angled because you never know their premise and intentions, especially dealing with someone like Sorel Mizzi who obviously lacks integrity and credibility.

This thead is simply using two separate although corraborative events during the course of a major tourney to create a story where there is none simply because Mizzi was eager to help (and possibly superuse) an acquaintance.

Liv is smarter than those who have bashed on her simply because she isn't trying to create a story where there isn't one

Well at the moment it is nothing more than confirmed gossip about a confirmed scumbag that has been going around for quite some time on a widespread level imo. So much so that it appears to have affected Sorel's life and friendships quite significantly which MAY likely indicate some truth behind the gossip.

The aim of this thread was not to slander Sorel (although that may be a bi-product) however to share gossip and ongoing allegations regarding said person. If said person had a squeaky clean record I doubt very much this thread would be in existence.

That said it would definitely be good to see some hard evidence.

This is not a slandering thread, this is a serious issue where cheating was confirmed by a Main Event Champion (who had zero obligation to chime in) in essentially one of the largest online tournaments held every year.

They definitely met at least once.
At EPT 7 in Prague in 2010, Sorel and Kayvan were on the same final table in a $1000 bounty tourney. The event was won by a certain Kaveh Payman, whom I presume is Kayvan's brother.
