It sucks that Russ will never do jail-time for what he did.
So talking sht to him is the only thing that we can do as poker players.

Of course, it does not even begin to equate to 'justice' for Russ,
the justice that he should be facing,

I didn't follow the UB scandal super closely (though I did read the sticky) so excuse me if this is an obvious question, but why is he not in jail? Have any charges been brought against him? If not, why not?
