poker sites have legal opinions from law firms stating that what they're doing doesn't violate law.. innocent until proven guilty??

People just dumping millions to players in europe... why???

Relevant quote:

"Defendants BITAR, SCHEINBERG, BURTNICK, TATE, TOM, BECKLEY, RUBIN and LANG are not presently in the United States and have not yet been arrested. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York is working with foreign law enforcement agencies and Interpol to secure the arrest of these defendants and the seizure of criminal proceeds located abroad."

While only time will tell, it's entirely possible that something good comes out of this in the long run. For years, insiders have been hoping for a 'test case' that would address the luck/skill argument (remember, that's basically what Stars/Tilt et al have been relying on...that poker, as a game of skill, is exempt from the UIGEA).

Stars and co. will change the domain and move everything to non-us stuff like
http://atdhe.net/ when they were "seized" .
To be honest i think its riskier to cash out right now. Because your money might end up at one of those black listed payment processors.

Although i´d be s*** my pants if UB had my money right now...

Might be bad because its gonna be even harder for casual players to play.

looks like the gov't is using the online poker industry (relatively small) as an example to other tax evading firms
