A number of items in the OP's tale should have resulted in Court records for Clark County Nevada. A cursory search of District Court records did not come up with Brandi as a criminal defendant, although the search was admittedly limited to her given name of "Hawbaker".

The types of crimes alleged and the number of possible jurisdictions do complicate a quick fact check, but pethaps the OP can get a bit more specific. Alternatively, someone willing to spend a couple of minutes looking through Justice Court filings or requesting a criminal records search (for $1.00) can prove or disprove what the OP writes.

(Personally, I don't care that much. However, I became interested in the use of the term 86d by the OP. In Nevada, a pretty specific different term is used, it is "trespassed", taken from the law which gives the needed warning language.)

I don't know anything about the OP, except what he writes above. If what he wrote is true, then he has been taken for a rough ride of his own accord. That is unfortunate. Apparently, being a "nit" is +EV, see, e.g. Sklansky-Brandi posts.

Everything I have stated is 100% truthful and accurate. As I mentioned in my first post things began to unravel about three weeks ago when it became apparent I would not be moving to Los Angeles with her. I realized this finally had to end. I could not give up my family and friends here and move with her and continue to neglect myself in trying to help her.

What I stated in regards to the crime she committed was vague. There is an ongoing investigation now with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police department, so it obviously limits what I can and should say. While I was away from my home, she sold/stole approximately $40,000 to $50,000 worth of posessions from my home. She was tracked down earlier this morning to a room at commerce casino. So when you see her playing over the next few days (until she loses as she always has), it is with the proceeds from my belongings. I am in the proccess of filing a claim with my insurance company and trying to determine an exact amount. Some of my things can never be replaced. Items that had no monetary vaule and were sentimental to me were thrown out and destroyed.

When I originally met Brandi, she barely had enough personal effects to fit in a closet. A few outfits, a couple of dvd's and some basic kitchen items. No televison, furniture, anything of value. I obviously have receipts for all the large valuable items that were taken but that is basically only for insurance purposes.

Due to some of the contacts that I have in this city, I was able to view her extensive criminal history besides what I was already aware of. I saw every charge, conviction and result. Every strip clubs she ever worked in Las Vegas was listed as well due to sheriff card laws and regulations. There apparently was also other criminal records in the state of California, New York, Texas, and Tennessee basically the same song and dance.

There is much more I can say. Maybe I will. My point of this post though was to tell the truth, not to cause more pain for anyone that is necessary. I am still somewhat in a state of shock as I basically found out the exact state of the situation this morning.

Many of the things I know, I have witnessed and would have no problem explaining if it really served a purpose. However, I am not sure if things I know about second hand or even have witnessed regarding others would be appropriate to disclose i.e sklansky, relationships with other well known pro's, things that she did to earn money during the world series etc. Its not my role or intent to embarass anyone else further.

Its pointless to put a dollar value on this past year. We'll just say the high six figures. Its only money. It can be replaced.

I want everyone to understand, my actions were not due to any lack of self esteem. I have dated attractive girls before that were normal and I will again. I erroneously thought I could make a difference in someones life that maybe never had a chance from the start. She will eventually go back to dancing and prostituting as she has since she was 15 and ran away from home.

I hated how she always thought she was an important celebrity. Many times whether it be a sold out restaurant, hotel or show...she would state to a person of authority " I am a celebrity. You can google me if you'd like " I thought it was sick. And basically that is why I have said what I have, because to Brandi, the way she is thought of and the impression people have of her is paramount to anything else.

This relationship was not based on sex. I live in Las Vegas. If getting laid consistently was my objective, this is obviously not the way I would have gone about things. I tried to save her from herself. From what the inevitable will be
