Yeah I think you're right, also someone could deposit on Stars, take advantage of a redeposit bonus and then move that money to FTP using it to unlock a second redeposit bonus, doubt they want us to be able to do that.

Any sign of the promotions pages back up on the FTP site?
All I see is the last press release about Gus

Same as cashing out from stars and depositing on FTP. Makes no difference except ease of transfer. If they are really operating as separate business units then they will make transfers count.

I think you are right in that they will encourage deposits however.

This months edition of 'Poker Player' (UK) has a two-page advert on pages 2 and 3 entitled 'The Rush Is Back', Gus Hansen on one page and text on the other in the old black and white Full Tilt style. There is also an interview with Gus in the magazine.

Really want to see more details of the reward scheme, its looking to me like starsV2 with regards to microstakes low volume players, saying it tops out at 25% isnt very encouraging at all, cant see the difference between lower tiers and higher tiers being anything less than 20%, which sucks, yey monopolies I guess!

All the rb info hadn't been divulged yet. All we know I'd you can get up to 25% of your FTP points worth in cash weekly. But how much will the points themselves be worth?

I have around 85,000 FTP's and remember I could get a $250 ring game ticket and have some change left - I remember cos I had it refunded before I went travelling so you don't get that much per FTP...

Can't believe I'm actually preparing to play on the site again. Anyway.. How can the reopening be anything other than a regfest? I doubt many new players will join unless they have a ridiculously effective marketing campaign.

It will be hard to clear ticket bonuses imo.
