I don't think it's fair that people who made accounts 8-10 years ago are punished by not receiving rakeback and those who made one through a site within the last few years are able to receive rakeback. That's a pretty ridicolous system and something that should be fixed.

Either make it the same as pokerstars system or have it the same as it was but allow everyone the same opportunity to get 27% rakeback

I think you are a sham. How does it take 10 days to get those answers you gave us? I know this is a busy time for you, but one of your jobs is to maintain this thread. I think you should assign someone to address this thread and work on getting us players answers, if you cannot do this in a timely manner.

Rakeback is not a human right for grinders. It is not a reward for high volume. It is an insentive to try FTP. If you already were on FTP and got a new account with RB you were in breach of two TOS, full tilts and the RB provider...

And more detailed, it is probably not FTP that does not give you RB (they gave it to a bunch of ppl who asked) but rather the affiliate you signed up through cashing in on your RB

I agree with you that a two class society among players is very bad for marketing endevours.

As for the possible ban, you broke the TOS to gain a financial advantage, it does not get more clear cut for the poker room.

Yeah it would be totally awesome if he would respond to every single stupid question within 5 minutes after it got posted. It would be totally worth delaying all the work that actually needs to be done for a timely relaunch. Everybody would fully appreciate a delay for the relaunch if we can read a lot more 'this hasn't been decided yet' and 'you will need to get in touch with support later' in response to the same questions over and over again.

Why is it so hard to accept that people are actually working on all these things right now and that there are many questions where there are no answers to yet. He will post them once they have them. There is absolutely no need for him to post a daily 'I don't have new answers yet'. And there certainly is no point in assigning a person soley dedicated to this thread that would post all the 'we don't know yet' 'you will have to ask support later' posts.

^^ wow no need to overreact bro! All I am saying is that there should be better maintenance of this thread. Once every few days is not unreasonable, afterall Shyam created this thread. If you are going to do something right you should. Once every 10 days is pretty redic! Everyone here has crazy money tied up in this whole debacle. It is our money, we deserve answers. Also, if Shyam cannot keep up with responding of course he should assign someone to do it. He's a manager after all.

Your OP was a huge over reaction Sir. It takes as long as it takes to get answers. You have waited over year, so don't nit pick over a few day's. There is no point in Shyam updating daily if he only has answers to one or two of the questions. It makes more sense to respond when he can post a bath of Q&A's. Also As you stated he is the Manager, so if he does not know the answers then obviously his staff will not know either. So it get's back to my previous point about posting singular answers. It just does not make sense, and with people not reading the thread or even Shyam's OP they are asking the same question's on every page over and over, so by posting singular answers they will just swallowed up by all the crap that people *no offence like yourself are posting.

I think a MOD / Shyam should go through the thread and delete all the non-relevent, repeated questions so we can contain the thread for what it is meant to be rather than the standard NVG stuff that people jump on.

Fair enough, but when the difference in your monthly income is in the thousands of dollars and you tried to reason with FTP Support and they refuse even give you the name of your affiliate, let alone help you in any way it can be pretty frustrating.

I tried dealing with them for two years before even thinking about going down that route, losing thousands of dollars in the process.

All I'm saying is that their has to be a better way to deal with this, because I never signed any agreement with an affiliate at any point. I most likely clicked on some site 8-10 years ago that redirected me to FTP and unknowingly now I'm binded by a contract between them, myself, and FTP that I was never aware of. That's pretty shady.

Your whole argument is pretty silly, it is laughable. I won't even bother quoting it all. FYI - If you've actually read this thread, other people have mentioned my concerns not just me. And you can also create a task for someone to be gathering answers to these questions. Why not get someone solely to do that? No need to be hyperbolic, you on medication? If not maybe get some, just from a professionals opinion.

Well, it is pretty much 'water under the bridge'. If they find out you had two accounts you will be banned at FTP and PS. Keep your fingers crossed.

Shyam has definitely delegated this pointless waste of time that is answering already answered questions, albeit indirectly. There hasn't been a single question I've seen that doesn't fall under one of two categories:

1) Already answered definitively in either one of Shyam Markus or Lee Jones' Q&A posts (popular questions such has WHAT ABOUT MY UNPROCESSED WITHDRAWAL or I WAS AMERICAN BUT RELOCATED BETWEEN BF AND FTPGOING DOWN)

2) Questions with no current answer and you'll learn the answer as soon as they decide it. WHAT ABOUT RAKEBACK? WILL MY MINIFTOPS JERSEY STILL COME? I ORDERED A RUSSIAN BRIDE FROM THE FTP STORE BUT I'M NOW MARRIED CAN I CANCEL THAT?

Fortunately other 2P2rs are on hand to re-answer all of these questions on a daily basis, even weekends!

I was Black Card Member, in my approx. 30th Iron Man month and loyal customer to FTP up to Black Friday. The day after black friday, I cashed out my bankroll and didn't play anymore (I received the money three weeks later).

Is it possible to restore my Black Member status as it was pre Black Friday? The withdrawal after Black Friday was definitely a very reasonable thing to do considering the chaotic situation back then.

There has been no indication that you will ever be able to check your balance assuming your a US player. Since DOJ is paying back US players, chances are onFTP your balance will show 0.If your ROW player, then you have to wait untill the site opens

I agree with the rest of your post, but keep in mind that rakeback is also an incentive for continued play. There are plenty of players that would would play if given RB but move to another room if the RB was discontinued.

I simple reading of both questions shows that the answer I quoted refers to the subject matter where yours does not.
