FTP is great, best software in the industry. The ability to transfer between them and Stars is just over the top awesome, cashouts are instantaneous, new support is ultra fast (reinstated my account 3 hours after I sent my documents), etc...

The software is awesome, the traffic is ok... the only thing I don't like about the new Full Tilt is the support. 2 days to reply to an e-mail? Come on, you can do better than that.

They must have you on speed dial. They still haven't got back to me about why my deposit failed to initiate the last promised bonus.

It is well over two weeks now since my 1st email (xmas day) and 9 days since they eventually replied to say they had escalated it to the appropriate department. I also made a further deposit to see if that would change things.

2 days ago when I asked again what was happening I was told that it was taking days rather than hours to manually credit bonuses. Weeks rather than days is more like - screw them.

P.S. I checked my account on the final day of the bonus offer, and under my bonus account it had finally changed from just showing the previous expired bonus to now include the new bonus offer. They never emailed me to say that they had added the bonus and didn't actually credit the bonus from my previous deposits - I would have to deposit again! Screw them again - fool me once etc...

1 1/2 months ago I wrote to support to refund my missing FTPs, which I lost thru purchasing a hoodie that was never shipped. Barely 2 hours later I got a reply, asking for a few more details. I sent them all the details and haven't heard back from them until today. Needless to say I already re-sent the e-mail multiple times, they just keep ignoring me. Great support! Also tried contacting the FTP guys on the forums here, but no-one gives a ****. It's a ****in' joke.

They just locked my account and told me to send them documents to verify myself. So they don't have a problem taking my money yet when I try to withdraw for the first time these ****ers lock it up.
